Arizona Pool Fence
1513 W Hatcher Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85021
You can make your home the barrier instead. Each city has their own requirements for pool barriers, and it does not always need to be a fence. The Arizona Pool Fence shop has every item you need for your DIY barriers. You can equip all your doors that lead outside to the pool with high handles and self-closers and ensure that your gates also self-close. Some cites even allow certified pool alarms on the doors that lead to the pool. Whatever your city requires, Arizona Pool Fence is your one stop shop for pool barriers.
How do door barriers work and why do you need them? Here is a brief overview of the basics. There are two options for door barriers for pool safety, high handles and self-closers, or certified pool alarms. You do not need both. However, you must make sure your city allows for alarms if you choose that option. If you prefer to install high handles and self-closers on all your doors, please note that they pass in every city as a primary barrier. Pool inspections are performed for new pool builds and anytime there are permits pulled. When you go to sell your home, an inspection could be performed to ensure proper pool barriers are in place. And as always, children’s safety is number one.

This is the closer and latch system.
Our closing system uses a combination of gravity and weights to self-close sliding doors. There are no mechanical or gas springs to wear out. It is the only closer that uses a twin stainless-steel aircraft control cable for a breaking strength of 540 lbs. Once installed it will cause the door to close automatically, alleviating the possibility of a child gaining access to the pool. There is a valve adjustment on each closer to easily control the speed of the door.
The latch is simple so there are fewer parts to break. It is installed above 54” so that no little hands can open the door. It is self-latching so it must be released while the door is simultaneously pulled open with the standard door handle.
This is the closer only.
